Refund and Returns Policy
At Witty Prints (a unit of Witty Hubs Print & Studio), every product is made-to-order with care. Since most of our products are personalized/customized, please read the following refund and cancellation terms carefully.
📌 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- All customized and personalized products (with names, photos, custom prints, or special orders) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
- This is because customized items are specially created for each customer and cannot be resold.
✅ Eligible Returns (Only If Applicable)
We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
- The item was received damaged.
- The item was defective.
- The item was incorrect (different from the order placed).
In these cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
❌ Ineligible for Refunds/Returns
- Customized items (all personalized orders).
- Sale/discounted items.
- Items returned after 24 hours without prior approval.
- Items damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
💳 Refunds (if approved)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are only issued for eligible non-customized products or for failed transactions.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is posted.
- Contact your bank—there is often processing time before refunds are visible.

🔄 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
🎁 Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return (only for eligible cases).
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
🚚 Return Shipping
- To return an eligible item, please contact our support team first.
- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge (if any) will be deducted.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked shipments.
