Order Tracking

Easily track your order using the tracking link we send via email/SMS. If the status hasn’t updated, it means your order is still being processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for order status updates.

Delivery

  • We process all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving confirmation.
  • Since every product is made to order, there may be a slight delay during high order volumes. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you promptly.
  • Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 2–8 working days.
  • Please note: factors like natural calamities, traffic jams, or unforeseen events may cause delivery delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders except COD bulk orders.
  • If you request a delivery address change after placing the order, it may result in additional shipping charges. Please ensure your address is accurate.

Bulk Purchase

  • Courier charges are based on chargeable weight (whichever is higher: actual rounded weight or volumetric rounded weight).
  • No shipping charges are added for bulk purchases.
  • COD is not applicable on bulk orders.

Customs & Taxes

Witty Prints is not responsible for additional customs duties, octroi, or local/state taxes. These are determined by your delivery jurisdiction and are payable by the customer.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be considered undeliverable if the provided address is illegible, incorrect, incomplete, or if the recipient fails/refuses to accept delivery. In such cases, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
