At Witty Prints (a unit of Witty Hubs Print & Studio), every product is made-to-order with care. Since most of our products are personalized/customized, please read the following refund and cancellation terms carefully.


📌 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • All customized and personalized products (with names, photos, custom prints, or special orders) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
  • This is because customized items are specially created for each customer and cannot be resold.

✅ Eligible Returns (Only If Applicable)

We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The item was received damaged.
  • The item was defective.
  • The item was incorrect (different from the order placed).

In these cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.


❌ Ineligible for Refunds/Returns

  • Customized items (all personalized orders).
  • Sale/discounted items.
  • Items returned after 24 hours without prior approval.
  • Items damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.

💳 Refunds (if approved)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are only issued for eligible non-customized products or for failed transactions.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before refunds are visible.

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return (only for eligible cases).
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will be issued directly to the original purchaser.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • To return an eligible item, please contact our support team first.
  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge (if any) will be deducted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked shipments.
